Pet Policy
Sometimes life is just that much better with a furry friend. If you have a pet, or are thinking about a pet, please review our pet policy.
Unfortunately, pet dogs are not allowed. We aren't optimized for dogs and it would be a disservice to you and your pet. Cats, however, are ok, as are caged pets such as hamsters or birds.
Before you can house any pet, you will need to get permission from your property manager. Depending on the pet, cats especially, there will be an additional deposit and pet rent due. The pet deposit is an additional 25% of your first month's rent on top of your standard security deposit (Per Seattle Municipal Code, revised January 2017). All pet deposits are fully refundable. Pet rents are $25/month.
Pet screening usually occurs during the application process. However, if you already live here and are considering getting a pet--make sure to run it by your property manager beforehand.
