Where do I park my car?
EcoFlats and Collegiate Court are Built-Green and located in Transit-Oriented and Pedestrian-Friendly areas. Our recommendation is to ditch the car and go green!
However, we understand that not everyone can live that car-free urban lifestyle. Unfortunately, we offer no on-site parking at any of our locations. Parking is on-street only.
Some of the neighborhoods where our buildings are located have restricted parking zones. These zones are located in the most densely populated neighborhoods. They way they work is that parking is restricted during certain hours. However, if you live in the neighborhood, you can get a permit that allows you to park without those restrictions.
Getting a permit is easy--you'll just need a copy of your lease and a few other personal documents. You can find your lease by logging on to your tenant portal at http://ecoflats.appfolio.com/connect/
