Connect to the Tenant Portal
As a resident of EcoFlats or Collegiate Court, you will have access to a personalized online tenant portal where you can view and pay rent balances and submit maintenance requests.
In order to access the portal, you will need to follow the instructions in the activiation email, which will be sent to you after lease-signing. If you have not received this email, please contact the property manager and it can be sent again.
Once you have activiated your online tenant portal, you may access your account by visiting the following address: http://ecoflats.appfolio.com/connect/
DON'T FORGET: Don't forget the last part of that web address, the /connect/ part! You will not be able to log in if you miss this last part. :)
