The Property
EcoFlats-Fremont (3835 and 3837 Evanston Ave N) consists of two condo-quality buildings, side by side. Each building has two units on each floor, four stories tall. The apartments range in size from 425-475-525 square feet and feature hardwood floors, tiled counters, full sized appliances, dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. This is the 5th addition to our EcoFlats community of buildings that we have constructed around the city. The buildings are 4-Star Built Green (Certified) and offer large windows for lots of natural light, extra insulation to reduce heating bills, is constructed with sustainable materials and offers a carpet-free environment. We are located in the heart of Fremont, a transit-oriented neighborhood.
Parking is on-street only. We do not offer on-site parking. Fremont is a fantastically pedestrian-, bike-, and bus-friendly neighborhood with direct connections to Downtown, UW and Ballard. Ditch the car and go green!
The management company and owner are one in the same, and we have a vested interest in providing attentive management and customer service to our residents. Also, as a way to make your life easier, each resident will have access to an online tenant portal through which you can view and pay account balances, submit maintenance requests and contact management!
Pricing
This apartment is priced at $1395/month. Water/Sewer/Garbage and Gas will be covered in a monthly flat fee of $60/month (single occupancy) to be paid with your rent. Renter's Insurance is required and a copy of your premium must be provided to management within 30 days of lease signing. You can purchase a tenant liability policy through our insurer for $9.50/month if you do not currently have insurance. Deposit is $800 total and $150 of that is non-refundable. Sorry, no dogs. Cats welcome with additional $400 refundable deposit and $30/month pet rent.
