Collegiate Court is comprised of three complexes near the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.  We offer bright, sunny studio rooms--all walking distance from the University of Washington.  These units are great for students trying to save on student loans or for anyone just wanting a basic crash pad near the U-District.  Units come with closets, private bathrooms and bedrooms.  Kitchens are shared at Collegiate Court as a way to save you money!  For very budget savvy renters, we even offer a few lower-priced rooms with shared bathrooms.
