Collegiate Court is comprised of three complexes near the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. We offer bright, sunny studio rooms--all walking distance from the University of Washington. These units are great for students trying to save on student loans or for anyone just wanting a basic crash pad near the U-District.
Units are private bedrooms, each with locking doors and your own individual street address/mailbox; rooms come with closets and private bathrooms. Kitchens are shared at Collegiate Court as a way to save you money! For very budget savvy renters, we even offer a few lower-priced rooms with shared bathrooms.
Below you will find floorplans of some of our rooms. Rooms range in size from 150 sq feet (room size S and M, as pictured here) to 200 sq feet (room size L and XL), and are priced from $500-$700 depending on size.
Rooms are unfurnished.
THE FINE PRINT: UTILITIES ARE BILLED AT A FLAT RATE OF $80/MONTH AND COVERS ALL UTILITIES (WATER, SEWER, GARBAGE, GAS, INTERNET AND TENANT LIABILITY INSURANCE/RENTERS' INSURANCE). WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING ON SITE--IT IS STREET PARKING ONLY. SECURITY DEPOSIT IS $600. NO PETS. BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED.
APPLICANTS: WE LOOK FOR 2-3X RENT IN INCOME, NO CRIMINAL HISTORY, AVERAGE OR ABOVE AVERAGE CREDIT. FOR STUDENTS AND THOSE WITHOUT ESTABLISHED CREDIT, WE CAN ACCEPT A CO-SIGNER OR PROOF OF FINANCIAL AID, PARENTAL SUPPORT OR A LAST-MONTHS-RENT.
